Q: How quickly will my order be processed?
We process most orders within 1 business day. If there will be a delay in processing, we will reach out to you by email, within 1 business day.
Q: Can I return a product that I did not use?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase, in the form an order#.

Q: Where can I find my tracking# ?
Tracking information is automatically emailed to you once an item is fulfilled. If you did not receive an update, you can log back into your account to see greater details.
